1. Research use only

All products supplied by Glo Labs are sold strictly for in-vitro research and laboratory development. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or medical devices, and they are not for human or veterinary use.

By placing an order you certify that you are a qualified researcher or purchasing on behalf of a research organisation, and that products will be handled only by trained personnel in an appropriate facility.

2. Regulatory classification

Products are classified as research chemicals. They have not been evaluated by the US Food and Drug Administration and no claim of safety or efficacy for any use is made or implied.

The customer is responsible for compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations governing the purchase, storage, handling, and disposal of research chemicals.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from this website. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Orders and pricing

Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. An order is a request to purchase and is accepted only when confirmed by us in writing.

Discount codes apply to a single order, cannot be combined, and may be withdrawn at any time.

5. Documentation

A certificate of analysis is produced for each lot. Where a COA is not linked on a product page, it is available on request and will be provided for the lot shipped.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glo Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of products supplied. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold Glo Labs harmless from claims arising from use of products outside their intended, stated purpose.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
