Processing

Orders placed before 2pm ET on a business day are packed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that ship the next business day.

Rates and delivery

Standard US shipping is $12.00 and free on orders over $150.00. Typical delivery is two to four business days.

International orders are reviewed case by case against destination import rules before acceptance.

Packaging

Lyophilised material ships insulated with cold packs in discreet outer packaging. Every vial is labelled with its compound, quantity, and lot number.

Tracking

A tracking number is added to your order record as soon as the carrier scans the parcel. You can check status at any time from the order page.

Returns

Unopened vials in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund less shipping. Contact support for a return authorisation before sending anything back.

Opened or reconstituted material cannot be returned for safety and integrity reasons.

Damaged or incorrect shipments

Report damage, shortage, or an incorrect item within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the packaging and label. Replacements are sent at no cost once confirmed.
